This isn’t the post I wanted to write.
Book Harvest Con 2025 was a dream for me, ever since I got accepted and have looked forward to it with my whole heart. It was going to be my first big U.S. signing, a chance to meet readers I’ve connected with from afar, and to celebrate everything I’ve built with you all by my side.
But sometimes, the world makes us choose between what we want and what we need.
Due to growing safety concerns for EU citizens traveling to the U.S.—including unsettling reports of detainments—I’ve decided I cannot attend this year’s event. My heart breaks writing that sentence.
This decision wasn’t made lightly. But my peace, safety, and family come first.
This isn’t goodbye to the dream. Just not now.
Thank you to everyone who was excited to see me there—I hope one day we’ll still share that moment. Until then… I’ll keep writing, and I’ll keep showing up the only way I know how: fully, fiercely, and with all my love.
Also a big thank you to Alexa Thomas and Brittany Ann for giving me a chance and for organising this amazing event. Hopefully I’ll see you at the next Book Harvest Con.
Thank you all for your love & understanding.
